Remote SaaS Customer Success Manager Growth & Retention

Corriculo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end client journey across SaaS platforms. You'll manage onboarding, adoption, retention and growth for about 20 clients while partnering with sales, product and operations to maximise value and satisfaction.

You will leverage CRM expertise (Salesforce, ) and data-driven insights to report on KPIs, shape client strategy, and drive cross-sell opportunities. This role involves travel and events, in a hybrid UK environment.
