Remote Revenues & Benefits Officer (Housing & CT Reduction)

Niyaa People is seeking an experienced Revenues and Benefits Officer to join a busy local authority team on a fully remote working basis. The role offers a competitive rate of £30 per hour with an initial 3-month contract, which may be extended. Responsibilities include processing Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction claims, managing Full Case Reviews, handling notifications, and ensuring compliance with legislation. The successful candidate will have strong experience with Civica and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
