Remote Prosecutions Lawyer (Locum) - Local Government

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Prosecutions Lawyer for a locum contract within a local authority, operating primarily remotely with occasional court attendance in the south west region.

The role involves independently handling a range of criminal matters in local government, including education prosecutions, trading standards and blue badge cases. Applicants must be a Solicitor or Barrister with a current practising certificate and be comfortable with court appearances as needed.
