Remote Property & Building Surveyor - Housing

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Property Surveyor to oversee a regional portfolio of homes, ensuring safety, compliance and timely repairs across Dorset and surrounding areas. You will lead inspections, manage contractors and monitor performance to support residents living independently.

The role demands MRICS/MCIOB progress (desirable) or equivalent, a relevant construction qualification, and experience in social housing. DBS application is required.
