Remote Product Manager, Node Economics & Incentives

Framework Ventures is looking for a professional to develop and manage incentive systems that enhance the performance of Node Operators. The role involves translating economic models into operational tools and ensuring that Node Operators have clear insights into their performance and compensation.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with data scientists and economists to design systems that are fair and effective. You will also be responsible for automating payment workflows to ensure accuracy and trust.
