Remote PMO Analyst - Strategic Workforce Planner

Carrington West is seeking a PMO Analyst to support Strategic Workforce Planning on a Defence Programme. This remote role enables you to influence multi-year workforce strategies and provide insights to senior decision-makers across a high-profile programme.

You will analyse headcount, skills, recruitment trends and demographics; create dashboards in Power BI or Tableau; run what-if scenarios; and translate data into practical recommendations. UK Security Clearance is required.
