Remote Performance Management Committee Coordinator

The National Police Chiefs Council invites applications for a fixed term Performance Management Committee Coordinator (Band A). This remote role offers 36 hours per week, national UK coverage with occasional travel to NPCC HQ and other police locations.

You will support the PMCC Chair, chair meetings, coordinate governance across portfolios, and represent the committee at executive forums. A strong track record in policing performance, strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement is required.
