Remote People Ops Partner (2 Month Temp, Tech Scale up)

A tech scale-up is looking for an experienced People Operations Partner to join as a temp for a 2-month assignment, likely to extend. The role is remote within the UK and involves onboarding, contract preparation, HRIS management, and supporting employee queries in a fast-moving environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in tech scale-ups, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach. Day rate ranges from £210-£240 plus holiday pay.
