Job Description

Odin, Covent Garden-based infrastructure for private markets, is seeking an in house lawyer with 4+ PQE. You will advise on live deals, manage post close issues, and handle regulatory questions as Odin launches in the US and adds fund structures.

Work alongside engineers and ops to turn legal decisions into templates, playbooks and AI driven workflows, and communicate clearly with customers, including investors and syndicate leads.
