Remote Part-Time Customer Success Advocate

MCS Rental Software is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Success Agent to join our growing team on a part-time basis in the UK. You will proactively engage with our UK customer base, gather feedback, measure NPS, and ensure exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

The role includes administrative support to the Customer Success and Projects teams, especially during periods of annual leave or sickness. Flexible working hours and remote options are available to fit your schedule.
