Remote Part-Time Artistic Director - Disability-Led Strategy

Disability Arts Online (DAO) is recruiting for the newly created role of Artistic Director, based in Brighton. This is a part-time, disabled-led leadership position that shapes the artistic direction of a nationally respected charity.

You will work closely with the Chief Executive to develop and implement a bold artistic strategy, drawing on lived experience as a disabled person to ensure authentic, ambitious outcomes for disabled creatives and audiences. 19 January 2026 is the deadline.
