Remote Parish & Community Engagement Lead

CAFOD is seeking a Community Participation Coordinator to foster engagement within the Catholic community in Brentwood. This role requires recruiting and supporting volunteers, building relationships with clergy and parishes, and implementing participation plans. The position is part-time and home-based with expected travel across the Brentwood Diocese. Applicants should have strong communication skills and experience in volunteer management. The salary ranges from £48,225 to £52,080, inclusive of London weighting.
