Job Description

Bright Horizons is seeking a Divisional Onboarding Officer to manage end-to-end onboarding for nursery staff, ensuring DBS, right-to-work checks, references and qualification verifications meet Safer Recruitment Policy.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, monitor KPIs, support policy development, and stay updated on childcare regulations and DoE guidance. This remote role requires occasional travel to the Northampton head office.
