Remote Life Claims Assessor & Senior Mentor

Vitality is seeking a Claims Assessor Specialist to evaluate Life Cover, Terminal Illness, and Critical Illness claims in line with UK best practices. The role is primarily home-based with occasional access to Vitality locations in Stockport, Bournemouth or London.

You will assess claim validity, review evidence, collaborate with underwriters and reinsurers, mentor junior staff, and help drive fair, timely outcomes in a supportive team environment.
