Remote Lettings Officer - Customer-Focused Housing

Platform Housing Group is recruiting a Lettings Officer for a home-based role with monthly travel to Worcester and Birmingham offices. You will balance customer service with business needs to reduce vacancies and protect rental income, assessing applicants to create successful tenancies and sustainable communities.

The role requires strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the lettings team to achieve KPI targets. DBS check is required.
