Remote Learning & Development Support Officer

1625 Independent People is seeking a People Support Officer (Learning and Development) for a temporary maternity leave cover. The role focuses on coordinating training, keeping reflective practice and learning systems up to date, and supporting colleagues through development opportunities.

You will join a small People Team and work with the People Director, driving the learning culture while ensuring accurate records and smooth processes across multiple platforms.
