Remote HRBP (EMEA) - Strategic People Partner

Milliman is seeking an HR Business Partner to strengthen culture by partnering with practices to support retention, performance, and high employee engagement. The role provides strategic HR support across workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, performance, and training, with remote duties and occasional attendance at the Milliman London Office.

The candidate will influence executives, manage complex employee relations, and lead HR projects using UKG, ensuring regulatory
