Remote HR Manager for Multi-Site UK (Blue-Collar)

Amey is seeking an HR Manager to operate remotely with regular travel to client sites across the UK, supporting 1,400+ colleagues within a multi-site MOJ contract. You'll be hands-on, partnering with project teams and mobilising change programmes while driving wellbeing, planning and culture initiatives.

You'll guide managers, manage complex ER cases, apply employment law confidently, and travel regularly with overnight stays across the region. CIPD Level 5+ is preferred.
