Remote HR Business Partner - Strategic People Leader

Milliman is seeking an HR Business Partner to strengthen culture and partner with practices on retention, performance, and engagement. The role covers workforce planning, training, and policy development across the business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in complex employee relations, strong communication skills, and multi-discipline HR knowledge. This is a remote role with occasional attendance at the London office to meet client needs.
