Remote HR Adviser (FTC) - End-to-End Support

NFU Mutual is seeking a HR Adviser on a fixed-term contract until May 2027. The role offers 80% remote working and 20% from our Head Office in Stratford Upon Avon, delivering end to end HR advisory and operational support.

You will handle HR queries, maintain HR data, support learning administration, monitor service levels and contribute to projects. We value customer-focused service, strong HR knowledge, data accuracy and collaboration, with CIPD study encouraged.
