Job Description
Paragon Skills is seeking a passionate Personal Tutor - Health & Social Care to coach and support a diverse caseload toward Level 2 and 3 qualifications. You will use your industry knowledge to plan engaging sessions, deliver lessons, assess progress and guide learners through their End Point Assessments.
You will manage a learner portfolio, liaise with employers, and adapt delivery to meet varied needs while promoting learner success and safeguarding best practices.
