Remote German Tech Contracts Counsel (8+ yrs)

Taylor Root is partnering with a leading technology and consulting company to recruit a German-qualified commercial/technology lawyer for an international legal team. The role is fixed-term, with a September start and a contract until 31 December, and offers a fully remote working arrangement.

The successful candidate will draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including SOWs and MSAs, and provide pragmatic legal guidance to stakeholders across Europe and the DACH region.
