Salary: $3,500 - 4,500 USD/month depending on experience paid via direct transfer

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time

Job Overview

A leading web3 entertainment studio is seeking a talented Full stack Web3 Engineer to join our client's growing team working on innovative, blockchain-powered applications. -They're on a mission to deliver player-driven entertainment experiences at the intersection of gaming, sports, and mixed reality.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Web Development: Work across the entire web stack to build, maintain, and optimize robust applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS. You'll develop both responsive frontend interfaces and powerful server-side functionality.
• Web3 and Blockchain Integration: Design and implement integrations with various blockchain networks and protocols. You will be responsible for building and maintaining smart contracts and other core Web3 components.
• API and Backend Development: Design and implement robust GraphQL APIs, manage databases, and work with serverless architectures to support our web applications.
• Collaborative Feature Delivery: Work closely with a skilled team of designers, product managers, and fellow developers in an agile sprint environment to deliver new features and improvements.
• Technical Leadership: Contribute to crucial technical decisions, including software architecture and the establishment of development best practices. You will also participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Innovation & Optimization: Continuously research new technologies and propose improvements to our products and processes. You will also ensure applications are scalable, secure, and highly performant.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience (mid to senior level)
  
• Strong expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
  
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL (Apollo Server/Client or similar)
  
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
  
• Knowledge of Node.js, serverless architectures, and database design
  
• Comfortable working within an Agile/Scrum environment and delivering to a prioritized backlog
  
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude
  
• Bonus: Web3 development experience with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and DeFi concepts
  
• Bonus: Familiarity with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js, wagmi, etc.)
  
• Bonus: Understanding of blockchain networks (Ethereum, Base, etc.)
  
• Bonus: Experience with gaming, mixed reality, or DeFi protocols
