Remote Fractional HR Manager for Growth-Focused Firms

Rosie's People is seeking an experienced Fractional HR Manager to provide day-to-day HR support for client organisations as part of a managed consultancy service.

The role is remote (UK) with occasional travel within the UK, 6-8 hours per week, and an immediate start. You will work independently within our delivery model under strategic oversight, delivering high-quality operational HR from day one.
