Pairs is hiring a Business Development Associate to bring growth-stage founders into the platform, guiding them from the initial call through engagement. You will read the business quickly, identify blockers to raises, and articulate our process and fees during the call.

When a fit exists, you book next steps or run the demo for platform tiers. We expect you to evaluate revenue, burn, runway, and round structure in real time, keeping a precise pipeline.
