Job Description

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Field Team Manager - Loss Adjusting Services to lead a remote team of fee-earning Loss Adjusters across the UK, delivering outstanding service to clients, brokers, policyholders and assessors.

You will drive performance against KPIs, provide technical guidance, manage a portfolio of claims, and grow the team through coaching, reviews, and development opportunities; travel will be required as needed.
