Doubtless Pet Care is seeking a Reward Partner - Europe to drive UK reward priorities and shape a harmonised European approach. The role is remote with UK/Europe travel and close collaboration with HR, Payroll and Legal to balance legislation, market conditions and business needs.

You will lead annual pay processes, insights from surveys and benchmarking, and drive improvements to benefits and recognition offerings across markets.
