Remote Employee Relations Investigator

NHS Velindre University Trust is seeking experienced Investigation Officers to join their bank, providing flexible support on employee relations cases as required. The candidate should possess strong investigation skills, excellent report writing capabilities, and up-to-date knowledge of employment law. While the role is largely remote, travel to Trust sites may be necessary for investigations and meetings.

Successful candidates will lead complex investigations, prepare reports according to policies, and present information at hearings. A master's degree in a relevant field is required along with relevant experience.
