Remote Customer Success Manager, SaaS for Global Sponsorships

Sponsorworks is the world's leading cloud platform for global sponsors and rights holders to manage and evaluate their corporate ticketing and hospitality programmes. Location: Remote-first, with occasional customer meetings in London.

Salary: £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience, plus commission. This role focuses on Customer Success and Customer Onboarding, owning implementations from kick-off through go-live and ensuring ongoing value for a portfolio of customers.
