Remote Customer Service Advisor (Shopify & Zendesk)

Black & White Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide outstanding support to customers across multiple channels. This role is primarily remote, with initial training conducted in London. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, a strong ability in problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. You're expected to exceed customer expectations, handle enquiries via chat, email, and calls, and maintain engagement until issues are resolved. Familiarity with Shopify and Zendesk is required.
