Remote Customer Experience Specialist

Whatnot Dublin is seeking a proactive Customer Experience agent to ensure customers receive their orders promptly and to resolve issues with a customer-first approach.

You will interact with buyers and sellers, become an in-house product expert, and collaborate with multiple departments to improve processes and prevent repeat inquiries. Weekend availability is required and English fluency is essential.
