Remote Customer Care Centre Advisor

thyssenkrupp Elevator is seeking a highly organised, customer focused individual to join our Customer Care team. This 15-hour-per-week role is fully remote with initial weekday training in our offices.

You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email, coordinate service activities, and support engineers and operations with administration.

The ideal candidate will have GCSEs in Maths and English, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail oriented approach.
