Remote CSM - Real Estate SaaS Growth

Aareon UK, part of the European property software group, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of social housing clients. The role is remote based in Central Scotland, supporting customers across the Central Belt.

You will build strong relationships, drive product adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and work with Account Managers, Professional Services and Support to ensure retention and value delivery. Occasional travel to Manchester and London offices is required.
