Remote CRO Lead: Growth Engine for AI Healthcare

AIOS is hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead for Bolt Pharmacy. You will own the day-to-day experimentation engine across landing pages, intake flow, and checkout, relentlessly turning data into high-impact hypotheses and tests.

This hands-on role uses Omniconvert, PostHog and HEX, but you'll stay tool-agnostic and collaborate with Growth Engineers and a Designer to scale the UK and EU. You'll report to Head of CRO Michael McCann and grow into senior roles in the Performance Team.
