Remote Commercial Solicitor for Private Company Shares & Plans

Gannons is seeking a specialist commercial solicitor with strong experience in private company share work. The role is remote with flexible hours, and you will communicate with clients, quote for assignments, and draft necessary documentation relating to share structures, buybacks, and reorganisations.

You will also manage tax aspects, such as HMRC clearance letters, and handle Companies House filings. There is no cap on earnings as a self-employed consultant, with compensation set at 40% of
