Remote Commercial Lawyer needed Paying £20.85 per hr ref OR21557

Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, services contracts, NDAs, frameworks, and MSAs.
Provide expert legal advice on public and/or private sector procurement processes, policies, and compliance.
Support tenders, competitive bidding, and supplier management activities.
Advise stakeholders on contract risk, governance, and commercial strategy.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (e.g., PCR 2015 / public procurement rules, where applicable).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business, providing clear and pragmatic legal solutions.
Manage workload independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high professional standards.
