Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and engage with potential clients to identify their needs and recommend insurance and financial products

Conduct virtual consultations and deliver value-driven presentations

Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and support

Use CRM tools to track client interactions and manage the sales pipeline

Participate in team trainings and performance development meetings

Qualifications:

Background in sales, business development, or customer service preferred

Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach

Goal-oriented with a self-driven and professional work ethic

Able to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision

Must be able to obtain a state life insurance license (training provided)
