Remote Billing & Customer Support Specialist

InMotion Ventures is seeking a Customer Services Representative for the Member Billing Department. The role is mainly remote with occasional visits to our Old Street office in London.

You will handle customer inquiries, chase overdue invoices, maintain records and support billing tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and comfort with payment conversations and CRM usage.
