Remote Audience Growth Strategist

Black Lives in Musi is seeking a consultant to develop and implement an audience development strategy for the Ulster Orchestra. This role includes conducting data audits, mapping and segmenting audiences, and proposing targeted actions for engagement. The contract lasts four months from May to August 2026 and is fully remote, though some in-person meetings in Belfast may be required.
