Remote Area Operations Manager - Health & Social Care

National Care Group Limited is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee a team of Registered Managers delivering high-quality residential and supported living services. You will work closely with the Regional Operations Director to ensure operational excellence across Dorset, Devon, Somerset, and Wilshire, with a focus on maintaining compliance and developing relationships with external agencies.

The ideal candidate must hold an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and have extensive experience in health and social care management, demonstrating strong leadership and commercial acumen.
