Job Description

Planet is seeking a skilled second-line remote support specialist to assist our global workforce. You will handle escalations from the service desk, troubleshoot complex endpoint, identity, and connectivity issues, and perform software deployment and access changes to meet SLA requirements.

You will administer Entra ID / Active Directory, leverage Intune and JAMF for device management, and collaborate with L3 teams to drive permanent fixes while coaching L1 analysts to improve first-contact
