We are looking for a proactive and foresighted Relocation Consultant to join our Relocation Team.

Your main objective is to ensure companies' transferred employees and their families a smooth settling- in process.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will:

• Look for accommodation according to the employee's and their family needs. Accompany them to visit the different properties, revise the lease agreement and help them with the required documentation.
• Hook-up the utilities such as internet, water, electricity, etc.
• Help them open a bank account.
• Look for suitable childcare and schools in case they need it.
• Advice on which local registrations they might fulfill and help them through the process (such as Town-Hall registration, Medical Card, Public transport pass, driving license, etc.).
• Explain and help them to understand "how things work" in Spain regarding bureaucracy, culture, shopping hours, etc.
• Be in constant contact with the company and the transferred employee to ensure a good communication among parties, set down-to-earth expectations and to update on any issue.

What are we looking for?

• You are allowed to work in Spain
• You are a fast learner.
• You already know how Spain works and get along with procedures.
• You have a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• You're capable of multitasking, organizing and prioritizing work.
• You are foresighted and foresee likely obstacles.
• You are proficient in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be constantly in touch with the customer.
• You are able to perform under pressure and manage high volumes of work.
• Experience as a relocation consultant is desired.
