Pay Range: Grade 3 - £25,427 pro rata for part time roles
Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week

As a Relief Manager, it will be helpful if you have retail and customer service skills, although full training will be given.

You'll be

Using people skills to help deliver income to the hospice. Helping to give excellent customer service, assisting in managing a team of staff and volunteers, stock control, promoting and capturing Gift Aid, daily cash handling and banking, ensuring the staff, volunteers, the shop and the site are safe and secure. You will be energetic and love variety and keeping our shop commercial and appealing. You will have responsibility for all aspects of the business in the absence of the manager after full induction training.

Location

The post is a relief manager role, supporting and covering shops in the Shop Managers absence. It is a varied position with travelling, involves regular travel to the hospices, the Retail Distribution Centre and to our Hospice shops in Sussex.
