Contract

Permanent, 0 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Working pattern

Varied, ad-hoc shifts between 07:30-18:30, Monday Friday

Salary

£12.87 £14.33 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing care for babies and children aged five and under
• Implement engaging activities planned by the Key Person to empower children through play and exploration
• Contribute to observations for children's learning journeys
• Advocate for safeguarding and promote each child's well being
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents and children, building strong positive relationships

Qualifications

• Experience caring for babies and young children, ideally in an early years environment
• DfE approved early years qualification level2 or above is advantageous but not essential
• Knowledge of child development and EYFS is desirable
