Reliability Engineer

Shifts- Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30

Salary £40,000 to £44,000 plus Benefits

What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage a team of Reliability Engineers, ensuring asset performance and maintenance strategies are effectively delivered.
• Champion proactive maintenance strategies, including predictive and condition-based approaches, to minimise downtime and maximise equipment availability.
• Analyse performance data to identify root causes of equipment failure and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to coordinate planned maintenance and improvement activities.
• Support the development and execution of the site's maintenance and reliability roadmap.
• Oversee asset care documentation, from PM reviews to calibration schedules, ensuring compliance with standards.

What You Will Bring:

• HND or higher qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• Proven experience in reliability or maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong understanding of maintenance systems, asset management, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities, with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
