Developing the next generation of sports media commercial leaders
Are you ambitious, curious, and passionate on becoming an expert in the field of sports business?
The Relevent Graduate Programme is a career-defining opportunity that will accelerate your growth, expand your network, and help shape the commercial strategy and sales of UEFA men's club competitions globally.
Our early careers programme serves as a pipeline for entry level talent with leadership potential. We are continuously focused on identifying, developing and retaining top performers through our rotational programme. The programme features four 6 month rotations, leadership development with global exposure, high impact projects, and mentorships. You'll work across multiple departments, gain real world experience, build cross functional skills, and contribute to high impact projects from day one.
Over four, 6 month rotations, you will work across media rights sales and strategy, media rights delivery, sponsorship & licensing sales and strategy, and partnership activation.
In addition, you will gain exposure to key business areas such as business strategy, data analytics, marketing, events and commercial decision making, while also developing hands on experience working directly with clients - building relationships, understanding their needs, tailoring solutions, and supporting sales growth, partnership and brand management. By the end of the programme, you'll have a well rounded understanding of how Relevent operates and the confidence to make a real impact.

Successful applicants will be:
- Recent graduates (undergraduate or master's), with limited or no work experience.
- Able to demonstrate strong academic capability.
- Passionate about sports business with an interest in understanding industry trends and challenges.
- Skilled in problem solving and critical thinking, with the ability to approach challenges creatively and find solutions under pressure.
- Proficient in fundamental business tools, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for clear and impactful presentation development.
- Data driven, with the ability to analyse information, draw meaningful insights, and use data to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong communicators, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person.
You don't need to have studied sales, business or strategy or have previous experience in the field - we'll give you all the training and support you need.
