Job Description

This role involves undertaking portfolio planning, managing finances, resourcing, and delivery demand for the support that the data team provides across the corporate landscape. You will also be involved in reengineering and reorchestrating the design of financial and resource control processes in line with the move to a scaled agile framework.

To be successful as a Release Train Engineer - FinOps Transformation, you should have experience in:

Purpose of the role

To build and maintain systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and secure.

Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain data architecture pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete, and consistent data.
  • Design and implement data warehouses and data lakes that manage appropriate data volumes and velocity, adhering to security measures.
  • Develop processing and analysis algorithms suitable for data complexity and volumes.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy machine learning models.
