We're looking for an experienced Release Manager to join a growing technology function within a leading digital platform in the insurance space.

You'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering enterprise-scale software releases, working closely with engineering teams and a major long-term delivery partner as the organisation builds out its internal capability.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building and shaping release management in a modern cloud-native environment, with a focus on automation, governance, and delivery excellence.

Key experience:

• 7+ years in Release Management / Software Delivery / DevSecOps

• Strong understanding of Azure cloud environments

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release automation & Jira

• Comfortable working across multi-vendor engineering teams

• Background in insurance, financial services, consulting, or software environments is beneficial
