For one of our clients, we are looking for a Relationship Manager Assistant in 100% permanent contract and based in Zurich. The collaborator will join the CIS Desk of the Private Bank.

Relationship Manager Assistant RUS / ENG 100% (m / f)

Our client is a well-established Swiss boutique private bank in Switzerland and in other international financial places.

Missions

• Integration the CIS Desk ;
• Supporting Private Bankers in their daily business ;
• Answering to all the requests to the HNWI / UHNWI clients by email, phone or face-to-face ;
• Opening and closing banking accounts ;
• Cash management, transfers, payment orders ;
• Handling and monitoring stock exchange orders, Forex transactions, fiduciary relationships, loans and credit card ;
• KYC documentation ;
• Preparing the necessary documentation for client meetings and business trips ;
• Expense reports ;
• Client reporting and management reporting ;
• Providing administrative support to the team ;
• Participation in the day to day in the office.

Profil du candidat

• Banking training or University Degree ;
• Similar experience as Relationship Manager Assistant in a CIS Desk in private banking, wealth management or family office in Switzerland ;
• Good knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments ;
• Very good language skills in Russian and in English ;
• German language is an asset ;
• Rigorous, methodic & professional.
