Job Description

Our hiring partner, a rapidly growing international investment platform with a presence across the US, Europe, and Asia, is expanding its footprint in the Bulgarian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Attract new clients and build lasting relationships with existing ones to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Client Onboarding and Presentations: Conduct presentations on investment products and services, delivering clear and professional information to clients.
  • Client Support and Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries and issues promptly, providing tailored solutions to meet individual needs.
  • Ongoing Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to build trust and inform them about new market opportunities and strategic updates.
  • Customized Investment Strategies: Develop and implement personalized strategies for key clients based on their goals and preferences.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, assist with transaction processing, and ensure efficient communication between clients and internal departments.
  • Networking and Brand Representation: Participate in industry conferences and professional communities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing and analytics departments to ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service quality and satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions and strategy effectiveness.


Key Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or client relationship management (investments/ finance, or brokerage are preferred)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
